Maximum Monthly Payment definition

Maximum Monthly Payment shall have the meaning as set forth in Clause 13.1.1; “Minimum Monthly Payment” shall have the meaning as set forth in Clause 13.1.3; “Mis-declaration” shall have the meaning as set forth in Clause 11.5.5;
