Unitary Charge definition

Unitary Charge means the payment due under the Project Agreement; and
Unitary Charge the fee payable by the Authority under Clause "Unitary Charge Profile" the profile for the Unitary Payment contained in
Unitary Charge as defined in clause 1.1 of the Project Agreement;

Examples of Unitary Charge in a sentence

  • Where the Service is deficient or there are incidences of deductions, there may be an abatement to the Unitary Charge or there may be increased costs due to the alternative costs of disposal.

More Definitions of Unitary Charge

Unitary Charge means the unitary charge payable by the Authority to the Contractor in accordance with the Project Agreement; and
