Annual Capacity Charge. (Section A5 of the New Shipper Access Code)
4.1 The annual amount in respect of the New Shipper’s Initial Capacity is £[ ].

Annual Capacity Charge. The Annual Capacity Charge (ACCuy) shall be calculated as follows: ACCuy = CRCuy + IFOMCCuy + IFFCuy + PCuy where CRCuy is the Capital Recovery Charge, IFOMCCuy is the Indexed Fixed Operations, Maintenance Charge and Corporate Services Charge, IFFCuy is the Indexed Fixed Fuel Charge and PCuy is the Aggregate Pass Through Charges.
