Maximum Note Balance definition

Maximum Note Balance shall have the meaning set forth in the Indenture.
Maximum Note Balance. Mortgage Loan Base" and "Portfolio Composition Criteria" in their entirety and replacing them with the following language:
Maximum Note Balance. $164,000,000.

More Definitions of Maximum Note Balance

Maximum Note Balance means the sum of (i) the Maximum Revolving Note Balance, plus (ii) the Maximum Term Note Balance.
