Maximum Performance Level definition

Maximum Performance Level means the level of performance achievement of the Performance Goals which results in the payment of 200 percent of the Target Award Opportunity for a Participant.
Maximum Performance Level means the level of achievement of the performance measures established pursuant to Section 6(a) which would result in the Maximum Number of Performance Stock Units granted to a Participant to mature;
Maximum Performance Level means the most stringent Performance Standard established by the Committee with respect to a Performance Award.

More Definitions of Maximum Performance Level

Maximum Performance Level means the level of performance achievement of the Performance Goals which results in the payment of up to 200 percent (200%) of the Target Award Opportunity for a Participant, as determined by the Committee in its sole discretion.
Maximum Performance Level means 125% of the Target Performance Level.
Maximum Performance Level means the maximum performance goal upon which the Incentive Bonus for any year shall be calculated, as set forth in Section 6(c)(i) hereof; provided, however that the Maximum Performance Level may not exceed 105% of the Target Performance Level.

Performance Measures may vary from Performance Period to Performance Period and from Participant to Participant, and may be established on a stand-alone basis, in tandem or in the alternative.

  • Energy Performance Score means the numeric rating generated by Portfolio Manager that compares the Energy usage of the building to that of similar buildings.

  • Control Performance Standard or “CPS” shall mean the reliability standard that sets the limits of a Balancing Authority’s Area Control Error over a specified time period.

  • Performance Ratio (PR) means the ratio of plant output versus installed plant capacity at any instance with respect to the radiation measured.

  • Performance Measurement Period has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1(e)(ii).

  • Performance Milestone means an act or event specified in section 5.1 and described in section 9 of the EPLA.

  • Long-Term Performance Award means an award under Section 10 below. A Long-Term Performance Award shall permit the recipient to receive a cash or stock bonus (as determined by the Committee) upon satisfaction of such performance factors as are set out in the recipient's individual grant. Long-Term Performance Awards will be based upon the achievement of Company, Subsidiary and/or individual performance factors or upon such other criteria as the Committee may deem appropriate.

  • Minimum DSCR means, with respect to a Supplemental Loan, (i) if the Senior Indebtedness bears interest at a fixed rate, 1.25:1, or (ii) if the Senior Indebtedness bears interest at a floating rate, 1.10:1.

  • Multiplier means the Multiplier specified in the Table.

  • VWAP Minimum Price Threshold means, with respect to any particular VWAP Purchase Notice, the Sale Price on the VWAP Purchase Date equal to the greater of (i) 80% of the Closing Sale Price on the Business Day immediately preceding the VWAP Purchase Date or (ii) such higher price as set forth by the Company in the VWAP Purchase Notice.

  • Cash Performance Award means an Award that is denominated by a cash amount to an Eligible Person under Section 10 hereof and payable based on or conditioned upon the attainment of pre-established business and/or individual Performance Goals over a specified performance period.

  • RTSR means the percentile rank of the Company’s Total Shareholder Return among the Total Shareholder Returns of all members of the Peer Group, ranked in descending order, at the end of the Performance Period.

  • Performance Target means the level of performance expected of the HSP in respect of a Performance Indicator or a Service Volume; “person or entity” includes any individual and any corporation, partnership, firm, joint venture or other single or collective form of organization under which business may be conducted;

  • Capacity Performance Resource means a Capacity Resource as described in Tariff, Attachment DD, section 5.5A(a).
