Target Performance Level definition

Target Performance Level means the minimum level of performance for a KPI which is required by the Authority, as set out against the relevant KPI in the Specification
Target Performance Level means the Company’s Relative TSR Percentile Rank at the 50th percentile.

More Definitions of Target Performance Level

Target Performance Level means, in relation to any Benchmark for any Reporting Period, the number set out in the relevant column of the Benchmark Table to Schedule 7.1 (Performance Benchmarks) relating to that Benchmark and in the row of that table for that Reporting Period;
