Maximum Time on Facility definition

Maximum Time on Facility means for each Eligible Mortgage Loan or REO Property, the 364 day period of time, commencing with the related date an Eligible Asset became subject to a Transaction hereunder.

Related to Maximum Time on Facility

  • Maximum Run Time means the maximum number of hours a generating unit can run over the course of an Operating Day, as measured by PJM’s State Estimator.

  • Maximum Facility Output means the maximum (not nominal) net electrical power output in megawatts, specified in the Interconnection Service Agreement, after supply of any parasitic or host facility loads, that a Generation Interconnection Customer’s Customer Facility is expected to produce, provided that the specified Maximum Facility Output shall not exceed the output of the proposed Customer Facility that Transmission Provider utilized in the System Impact Study.

  • Maximum Facility Amount means the aggregate Commitments as then in effect, which amount shall not exceed $200,000,000; provided that at all times after the Reinvestment Period, the Maximum Facility Amount shall mean the aggregate Advances Outstanding at such time.

  • Facility Limit means, $175,000,000, as reduced or increased from time to time pursuant to the terms hereof.   • Maximum Revolving Loan Amount means, as of any date of determination, the lesser of (a) the Revolving Loan Commitment(s) of all Lenders minus the Letter of Credit Reserve and (b) the Borrowing Base minus the Letter of Credit Reserve.
