Maximum Total Weight definition

Maximum Total Weight means the maximum total weight of the aircraft and its contents;
Maximum Total Weight in relation to an Aircraft means the authorised maximum total weight of the Aircraft and its contents at which the Aircraft may take off anywhere in the world in the most favourable circumstances in accordance with the Certificate of Airworthiness for the time being in force in respect of the Aircraft.

  • The Customer or its appointed handling agent shall also furnish on demand in such form as Supplier may from time to time determine, details of the Maximum Total Weight Authorised ("MTWA") in respect of each aircraft owned or operated by the Customer.

  • The standard charges for parking aircraft will be its Maximum Total Weight Authorised: o Charge per quarter hour or part thereof GBP 4.14 plus 25.4p per metric tonne.o Aircraft not exceeding 15 metric tonnes, no charge for the first six hours, thereafter the standard charges apply.

  • For aircraft the Maximum Total Weight Authorised of which does not exceed 2730 kg, either a Weight and Centre-of-Gravity Schedule which complies with paragraph 5 and shall contain instructions for the determination of the loaded weight, the total load moments and resultant c.g. positions, or Loading and Distribution Schedule which complies with Paragraph 3 of Sub-section 1.7-10 shall be provided.

  • In the case of turbine-engined aircraft the Maximum Total Weight Authorised of which does not exceed 5700 kg, it may also include the weight of usable oil.

  • This charge is based on the Maximum Total Weight Authorised and Engine NOx Emissions and noise certification values for sideline, flyover and approach for all flights.

  • The standard charges for parking aircraft will be its Maximum Total Weight Authorised (see condition 1.1.13):o not exceeding 15 metric tonnes, charge per 24 hours or part thereof in excess of 24 hours GBP 130.01.o over 15 metric tonnes, charge per quarter hour or part thereof GBP 3.76 plus 23p per metric tonne.

Related to Maximum Total Weight

  • Maximum Put Amount means the lesser of (i) Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($250,000), or (ii) Two Hundred Fifty percent (250%) of the average of the Dollar Volume for the twenty (20) Trading Days immediately preceding the Put Date.

  • Gross weight means the aggregate weight of a vehicle or combination of vehicles and the load

  • Total maximum daily load or "TMDL" means the sum of the individual wasteload allocations for point sources, load allocations (LAs) for nonpoint sources, natural background loading and a margin of safety. TMDLs can be expressed in terms of either mass per time, toxicity, or other appropriate measure. The TMDL process provides for point versus nonpoint source trade-offs.

  • Maximum Daily Quantity means the daily volume of Gas or Liquids, expressed in 103m3, identified in a Shipper's Interruptible Transportation Service Agreement that Transporter agrees to receive from Shipper under Toll Schedule Interruptible Full Path Service, Toll Schedule Interruptible Receipt Service or Toll Schedule Interruptible Delivery Service, as applicable.

  • Exceedance means a condition that is detected by monitoring that provides data in terms of an emission limitation or standard and that indicates that emissions (or opacity) are greater than the applicable emission limitation or standard (or less than the applicable standard in the case of a percent reduction requirement) consistent with any averaging period specified for averaging the results of the monitoring.

  • Total Revenue bears the same meaning assigned to this expression in the Codes of Good Practice on Black Economic Empowerment, issued in terms of section 9(1) of the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Act and promulgated in the Government Gazette on 9 February 2007;

  • VWAP Minimum Price Threshold means, with respect to any particular VWAP Purchase Notice, the Sale Price on the VWAP Purchase Date equal to the greater of (i) 80% of the Closing Sale Price on the Business Day immediately preceding the VWAP Purchase Date or (ii) such higher price as set forth by the Company in the VWAP Purchase Notice.

  • Adjusted Total turnover means the turnover in a State or a Union territory, as defined under sub-section (112) of section 2, excluding the value of exempt supplies other than zero-rated supplies, during the relevant period;

For any Distribution Date with respect to the Mezzanine Certificates, a per annum rate equal to the sum of (i) the product of (x) the weighted average (weighted on the basis of the results of subtracting from the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the applicable Loan Group, the current Certificate Principal Balance of the related Class A Certificates) of the weighted average of the Expense Adjusted Net Maximum Mortgage Rates of the Group I Mortgage Loans and the Group II Mortgage Loans, in each case, weighted on the basis of the outstanding Stated Principal Balances of the related Mortgage Loans as of the first day of the month preceding the month of such Distribution Date (after giving effect to scheduled payments of principal due during the related Due Period, to the extent received or advanced, and unscheduled collections of principal received during the related Prepayment Period) and (y) a fraction, the numerator of which is 30 and the denominator of which is the actual number of days elapsed in the related Interest Accrual Period and (ii) an amount, expressed as a percentage, equal to a fraction, the numerator of which is equal to the Net Swap Payment made by the Interest Rate Swap Provider and the denominator of which is equal to the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans, multiplied by 12.

  • Tare Weight means the weight of an empty shipping container, excluding all materials used for wrapping, cushioning, banding, waterproofing, packaging, blocking and bracing articles within the exterior container.

  • Net weight means the weight of a commodity excluding any materials, substances, or items not considered to be part of the commodity. Materials, substances, or items not considered to be part of the commodity include containers, conveyances, bags, wrappers, packaging materials, labels, individual piece coverings, decorative accompaniments, prizes, coupons, and, in the case of edible commodities, anything that is nonedible.

  • Maximum residual disinfectant level or “MRDL” means a level of a disinfectant added for water treatment that may not be exceeded at the consumer’s tap without an unacceptable possibility of adverse health effects.

  • Volume Weighted Average Price means, for any security as of any date, the daily dollar volume-weighted average price for such security on the Primary Market as reported by Bloomberg through its “Historical Prices – Px Table with Average Daily Volume” functions, or, if no dollar volume-weighted average price is reported for such security by Bloomberg, the average of the highest closing bid price and the lowest closing ask price of any of the market makers for such security as reported in the "pink sheets" by Pink Sheets LLC.

  • Average Monthly Limit means the maximum allowable "Average Monthly Concentration" as defined in Section 22a-430-3(a) of the RCSA when expressed as a concentration (e.g. mg/l); otherwise, it means "Average Monthly Discharge Limitation" as defined in Section 22a-430-3(a) of the RCSA.

  • Maximum allowable cost list means a list of drugs for

  • Maximum allowable residential density means the density allowed under the zoning ordinance and land use element of the general plan, or if a range of density is permitted, means the maximum allowable density for the specific zoning range and land use element of the general plan applicable to the project. Where the density allowed under the zoning ordinance is inconsistent with the density allowed under the land use element of the general plan, the general plan density shall prevail.

  • Minimum Takedown Threshold shall have the meaning given in Section 2.1.4.

  • Maximum Price means an amount (excluding related brokerage, commission, applicable goods and services tax, stamp duties, clearance fees and other related expenses) which may be paid for an ordinary share purchased or acquired by us pursuant to the mandate contained in paragraph (a) above, not exceeding, in the case of a market purchase of an ordinary share, the highest independent bid or the last independent transaction price, whichever is higher, of our ordinary shares quoted or reported on the NASDAQ Global Select Market or the securities exchange operated by JSE Limited (the “JSE”), as the case may be, or shall not exceed any volume weighted average price, or other price determined under any pricing mechanism, in compliance with the requirements under Rule 10b-18 under the Exchange Act, at the time the purchase is effected; and

  • Step-Down Amount means, with respect to any Distribution Date, the excess, if any, of (x) the Required Pro Forma Note Balance over (y) the Pro Forma Note Balance on such Distribution Date, calculated for this purpose only without deduction for any Step-Down Amount (i.e., assuming that the entire amount described in clause (x) of the definition of “Principal Distributable Amount” is distributed as principal on the Notes); provided, however, that the Step-Down Amount in no event may exceed the amount that would reduce the positive difference, if any, of (i) the Pool Balance minus (ii) the Pro Forma Note Balance, to an amount less than 0.50% of the initial aggregate principal balance of the Receivables.
