Maximum Working Capital Loan Amount means the lesser of (i) One Million Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($1,500,000.00) or (ii) the amount remaining when Forty-Five Million Dollars ($45,000,00000) is reduced by the principal amount then outstanding under each of the Receivables Loan and the Construction Loan.
