MBE means a Minority-Owned Business Enterprise (MBE) certified by the Department of Administration under Chapter 16, Wisconsin Statutes.

MBE means a business
MBE. Means Minority Business Enterprise. That is, a business which is fifty-one percent (51%), or more, owned by one or more persons who are members of a racial minority ("Racial Minority" is defined below), and in which such persons share economic interests and have proportionate control over management, interest in capital, and interest in earnings (minority/non- minority joint ventures are addressed elsewhere in these documents).
MBE means a Minority Business Enterprise that is certified as such by the Maryland Department of Transportation.
