More Definitions of WBE

WBE means a firm awarded certification as a women owned and controlled business in accordance with City Ordinances and Regulations as well as a firm awarded certification as a women owned business by Xxxx County, Illinois. However, it does not mean a firm that has been found ineligible or which has been decertified by the City or Xxxx County.
WBE means a business organized for profit, performing a commercially useful function, which is legitimately owned and controlled by one or more women or women's business enterprises certified by the Office of Minority and Women's Business Enterprises. The women owners must be United States citizens or lawful permanent residents.
WBE means the Women-owned Business Enterprise program created pursuant to section 123.154 of the Revised Code.
