  • LPHA must provide Title V MCH Block Grant Services administered or approved by OHA that support optimal health outcomes for women, infants, children, adolescents, and families.

  • Annual Grant means an Option granted annually to all Non-Employee Directors who meet the criteria specified in subsection 6(b) of the Plan.

  • Tandem Appreciation Right means an Appreciation Right granted pursuant to Section 5 of this Plan that is granted in tandem with an Option Right.

  • Phantom Stock Award Agreement means a written agreement between the Company and a Holder with respect to a Phantom Stock Award.

  • Date of Grant means the date on which the granting of an Award is authorized, or such other date as may be specified in such authorization.
