Meaningful oversight by the Applicant business means involvement in the decisions made concerning the operation of the business, which include a management agreement that provides for the Applicant business to do all of the following:
Meaningful oversight by the Applicant business means involvement in the decisions made concerning the operation of the business, which include a management agreement that provides for the Applicant business to do all of the following: approve the annual operating budget, approve any capital expenditures or operating expenses over a significant dollar threshold, have control over the bank accounts, and have oversight over the employees operating the business (who must be employees of the Applicant business).

  • Oversight means the term as it is defined in the Stewardship Agreement between CDOT and the FHWA.

  • Operational means that the system or sensor, at the time of the event, is active or can be activated/deactivated by the driver.

  • Construction management at-risk means a project delivery method in which the District awards separate contracts, one for architectural and engineering services to design an infrastructure facility and the second to a construction manager at-risk for both construction of the infrastructure facility according to the design and construction management services.
