Medicaid Account definition

Medicaid Account means any Accounts of Borrowers or Guarantors arising pursuant to services rendered by Borrowers or Guarantors to eligible Medicaid beneficiaries to be paid by a Fiscal Intermediary or by the United States of America acting under the Medicaid program, any State or the District of Columbia acting pursuant to a health plan adopted pursuant to Title XIX of the Social Security Act or any other Governmental Authority under Medicaid.
Medicaid Account means an Account payable pursuant to an agreement entered into between a state agency or other entity administering Medicaid in such state and a healthcare facility or physician under which the healthcare facility or physician agrees to provide services or supplies for Medicaid patients.
Medicaid Account means an Account payable pursuant to a Medicaid Provider Agreement.

  • At least thirty (30) days prior to the dates noted above, the Board shall provide written notice (email and hard copy) to the WTA President or his/her designee of the total undisbursed funds remaining in the WTA Medicaid Account as of the date of notice.

  • Speech Pathologists, Social Workers and Psychologists may submit requests to purchase school materials and supplies with money from the WTA Medicaid Account.
