Medicaid contracted health plan definition

Medicaid contracted health plan means that term as defined in section 106 of the social welfare act, 1939 PA 280, MCL 400.106.
Medicaid contracted health plan means a managed care organization with whom the state department contracts to provide or arrange for the delivery of comprehensive health care services as authorized under this act.
