Plan Act. If the employee elects to purchase the eligible deemed service, the purchase arrangement must be made at the commencement of the job sharing arrangement.
Plan Act. The City may at any time review the documentation to determine the Agency’s conformance with the requirements of the Program, and the Agency shall make available to the City, upon request, all of the Agency’s records and documents with respect to all matters covered by this Agreement.
