Medical Marihuana Facility definition

Medical Marihuana Facility or “Facility” means one of the following:
Medical Marihuana Facility means any facility, entity, establishment or center that is required to be licensed under the MMFLA and this article, including a Medical Marihuana Grower, Medical Marihuana Processor, Medical Marihuana Provisioning Center, Medical Marihuana Safety Compliance Facility, and/or a Medical Marihuana Secure Transporter or any other type of Marihuana-related business licensed under the MMFLA.

  • Each Commercial Medical Marihuana Facility shall be operated from the Permitted Premises on the Permitted Property.

  • No Commercial Medical Marihuana Facility shall be permitted to operate from a moveable, mobile or transitory location, except for a Permitted and Licensed Secure Transporter when engaged in the lawful transport of Marihuana.

  • The City may impose such reasonable Terms and Conditions on a Commercial Medical Marihuana Facility special use as may be necessary to protect the public health, safety and welfare, and to obtain compliance with the requirements of this Ordinance and applicable law.

  • A Commercial Medical Marihuana Facility issued a Permit under this Ordinance and operating in the City shall at all times comply with the following operational requirements, which the City may review and amend from time to time as it determines reasonable.

  • A Patient or Licensed Caregiver may not grow his or her own Marihuana at a Commercial Medical Marihuana Facility.

Medical Marihuana Facility means a location at which a license holder is licensed to operate under this ordinance.

The facility shall not include a club, café or other design that permits consumption of medical marihuana at the facility (d) Medical Marihuana Grow Operation means a use in accordance with the Michigan Medical Marihuana Act, as amended, for the growing, cultivation, planting and manufacturing of medical marihuana. (e) Public Place means any area in which the public is invited or in which the public is permitted in the normal course of business or use of the premises. Sec. 7-412. License required.
Medical Marihuana Facility means any facility, entity, establishment or center that is required to be licensed under the Act and this article, including a grower, processor, provisioning center, safety compliance facility, and/or a secure transporter.
Medical Marihuana Facility. (MMF) means any building in which an activity authorized by the medical marihuana production regulations (Marihuana for Medical Purposes Regulations SOR/2013-119), or any successor or replacement legislation or regulation, is or may be conducted including such activities as growing, processing, labeling and packaging, storing, and transporting of marihuana.   • Medical facility means any physician, laboratory, clinic, hospital, or other similar entity.

  • Health facility means the medical college and hospital or the teaching hospital or the district/ sub-division etc. hospital to which the goods and/ or services under the contract shall be supplied.

  • Marijuana cultivation facility means an entity licensed to cultivate, prepare, and package marijuana and sell marijuana to retail marijuana stores, to marijuana product manufacturing facilities, and to other marijuana cultivation facilities, but not to consumers.

  • Medical supplies means items for medical use that are suitable for use in a health care facility or in the home and that are disposable or semi-disposable and are non-reusable.

If the context requires, Retail Marijuana includes Retail Marijuana Concentrate and Retail Marijuana Product.

  • Drug therapy management means the review of a drug therapy regimen of a patient by one or more pharmacists for the purpose of evaluating and rendering advice to one or more practitioners regarding adjustment of the regimen.

  • Medical equipment means equipment used in a patient care environment to support patient treatment and diagnosis.

  • Transit-oriented facility means a facility that houses a transit station in a manner that promotes transit ridership or passenger rail use.

  • Collaborative drug therapy management means participation by an authorized pharmacist and a physician in the management of drug therapy pursuant to a written community practice protocol or a written hospital practice protocol.

  • Emergency Medical Transportation means the transportation, by ambulance, of sick, injured or otherwise incapacitated persons who require emergency medical care.

In determining whether medical equipment has a value in excess of the capital expenditure minimum, the value of studies, surveys, designs, plans, working drawings, specifications, and other activities essential to the acquisition of such equipment shall be included.
