Medical Materials definition

Medical Materials means biomedical materials generated at hospitals public or private medical clinics, 441 dental offices, research laboratories, pharmaceutical industries, blood banks, mortuaries, veterinary 442 facilities, and other similar establishments that are identified as “medical waste” in Health and Safety 443 Code Section 25117.5 as may be amended from time to time. For the purposes of this Agreement, 444 untreated Medical Materials are not Franchised Solid Waste unless they have been treated and deemed 445 to be Solid Waste.

Medical Materials means durable and non-durable assets, including but not limited to medical supplies, pharmaceuticals and equipment, delivered from KDHE to the FACILITY pursuant to this Agreement.

Medical Materials means any and all written, printed, graphic, electronic, audio, video or other materials to be used in connection with Medical Affairs Activities and as developed or approved in accordance with Section 5.2.

• Medical Materials Review Committee members shall complete the review of such Medical Materials prior to the Medical Materials Review Committee meeting, unless (a) such Medical Materials were not submitted in due time in accordance with the foregoing, or (b) the Medical Materials Review Committee members determine in good faith and in their reasonable judgment that such Medical Materials can be effectively reviewed during the Medical Materials Review Committee meeting.

• Following a Covenant Event of Default, Lender, at ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s option, but so long as the Loan is insured or held by HUD, only after receipt of the prior written approval of HUD, may declare the Indebtedness to be immediately due and payable without further demand, and may invoke the power of sale and any other remedies permitted by applicable law or provided in this Security Instrument or in the Note, or seek the appointment of a receiver for the Healthcare Facility.

• Each Party shall have full responsibility for the dissemination of information regarding the Product to its respective Product Personnel performing Co-Promotion Activities or Medical Affairs Activities hereunder based on the training programs contemplated under this Agreement and the materials approved by the Joint Review Committee and the Medical Materials Review Committee.
