Medical Monitoring Program definition

Medical Monitoring Program means the program described in Section IV(B).
Medical Monitoring Program or “Program” means the program described in Appendix A.

  • Any Department wishing to implement a Medical Monitoring Program on or after July 1, 1990, shall do so by conferring with the Health Department, and the Department of Human Resources.

  • Criteria for selection to the Medical Science Committee will be based on experience and training as it directly relates to the Medical Monitoring Program.

  • The results from the testing conducted under the Medical Monitoring Program shall not constitute an admission by the NCAA, its member institutions, its current and former officers, directors, employees, attorneys, insurers or agents.

  • Also, the funding for the individual tests conducted under the Medical Monitoring Program will be governed by Rule 408 of the Federal Rules of Evidence.

  • The NCAA’s payment of the Settlement Amount shall be “ALL- IN” and in full satisfaction of all Settlement costs, including costs to fund the Medical Monitoring Program, Notice and Administrative Costs, the costs of the Medical Science Committee, Attorneys’ Fees and Expenses, and Service Awards.

  • Class Members who wish to participate in the Medical Monitoring Program must complete a Screening Questionnaire to determine whether they qualify for a Medical Evaluation.

Related to Medical Monitoring Program

  • Prescription monitoring program “PMP,” or “program” means the program established pursuant to 657—Chapter 37 for the collection and maintenance of PMP information and for the provision of PMP information to authorized individuals.

  • Project Management Plan means the portion of the Project Development Plan providing the information requested in Section 4.2 of Exhibit B to the ITP.

  • Training program means an NCA-approved Iowa college, the Iowa law enforcement academy or an Iowa hospital approved by the department to conduct emergency medical care training.

  • Individual monitoring devices means devices designed to be worn by a single individual for the assessment of dose equivalent. For purposes of these regulations, "personnel dosimeter" and "dosimeter" are equivalent terms. Examples of individual monitoring devices are film badges, thermoluminescent dosimeters (TLDs), pocket ionization chambers, optically stimulated luminescence (OSL) dosimeters and personal air sampling devices.

  • Monitoring Services shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2(b) of this Agreement.

  • Quality Assurance Program means the overall quality program and associated activities including the Department’s Quality Assurance, Design-Builder Quality Control, the Contract’s quality requirements for design and construction to assure compliance with Department Specifications and procedures.

  • Nutrient management plan means a plan developed or approved by the Department of Conservation and Recreation that requires proper storage, treatment and management of poultry waste, including dry litter, and limits accumulation of excess nutrients in soils and leaching or discharge of nutrients into state waters.

  • Quality Management Plan means the portion of the Project Development Plan providing the information requested in Section 4.3 of Exhibit B to the ITP.

  • MEDICAL STAFF LEADER means any Medical Staff Officer, department chair, section chief, and committee chair.

  • Medical cannabis pharmacy means the same as that term is defined in Section 26-61a-102.

  • Service Management System (SMS) means an off-line system used to access, create, modify, or update information in a Database.

  • Educational program means a program for educating and preparing physician assistants which is approved by the board.

  • Database Management System (“DBMS”) is a computer process used to store, sort, manipulate and update the data required to provide Selective Routing and ALI.

  • Medical Specialist means any medical practitioner who is vocationally registered by the Medical Council under the Health Practitioners Competence Assurance Act 2003 in one of the approved branches of medicine and who is employed in either that branch of medicine or in a similar capacity with minimal oversight.

  • Quality Management System means a set of interrelated or interacting elements that organisations use to direct and control how quality policies are implemented and quality objectives are achieved;

  • Medical cannabis card means the same as that term is defined in Section 26-61a-102.

  • Fraud Monitoring System means an off-line administration system that monitors suspected occurrences of ABT- related fraud.

  • Quality Assurance Plan or “QAP” shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 11.2;

  • Beam monitoring system means a system designed and installed in the radiation head to detect and measure the radiation present in the useful beam.

  • Virginia Stormwater Management Program or “VSMP” means a program approved by the State Board after September 13, 2011, that has been established by a locality to manage the quality and quantity of runoff resulting from land-disturbing activities and shall include such items as local ordinances, rules, permit requirements, annual standards and specifications, policies and guidelines, technical materials, and requirements for plan review, inspection, enforcement, where authorized in this article, and evaluation consistent with the requirements of this article and associated regulations.
