Medical Science Committee definition

Medical Science Committee or “Committee” means the committee defined in Section V.

  • The Medical Science Committee will promptly report any changes to the Screening Questionnaire to Class Counsel, the NCAA and Counsel for the NCAA and will report any such changes to the Court on an annual basis.

  • The Chair of the Medical Science Committee at the time of its inception will be the Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxx X.

  • The Parties and their counsel reserve the right to raise with the Court any disputes or issues with regard to decisions made by the Medical Science Committee after the dispute resolution process outlined in Section V(D) has been completed and the Parties and their counsel have met and conferred within thirty (30) Days after the completion of the dispute resolution process outlined in Section V(D).

  • The Chair shall also ensure that the annual report of the Medical Science Committee is filed with the Court, through the Parties, by December 31 of each year.

  • Medical Executive Committee or “MEC” means the Executive Committee of the Medical Staff.

  • Medical Board means the board of physicians as provided by this chapter.

  • Medical Advisory Committee means the Medical Advisory Committee established by the Board as required by the Public Hospitals Act;

  • Medical cannabis pharmacy means the same as that term is defined in Section 26-61a-102.

  • Ethics Committee means an independent body established in a Member State in accordance with the law of that Member State and empowered to give opinions for the purposes of this Regulation, taking into account the views of laypersons, in particular patients or patients' organisations;

  • Procurement Committee means a Committee constituted by the Employer to perform the functions as such under the terms and conditions of Contract.

  • Medical cannabis means the same as that term is defined in Section 26-61a-102.

  • Technical Committee means the body established in accordance with article VII;

  • Finance Committee means the Finance Committee of the University;

  • OH&S Committee is referred to hereafter, read “body nominated to implement policy on site”.

  • Health Board means a Health Board established under section 2 of the National Health Service (Scotland) Act 1978;

  • Benefits Committee means the Employee Benefits Committee of Textron.

  • Medical director means any physician licensed under Iowa Code chapter 148, 150, or 150A who shall be responsible for overall medical direction of the service program and who has completed a medical director workshop, sponsored by the department, within one year of assuming duties.

  • Compliance Committee means the committee referenced under the Federated Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, consisting of, among others, the Chief Compliance Officer, the General Counsel, the Chief Audit Executive and the Chief Risk Officer.

  • Apprenticeship committee means those persons designated by the sponsor to act for it in the administration of the program.   • Supervisory Committee means an oversight committee elected at a general meeting;

  • Banning Committee means a Committee constituted for the purpose of these guidelines by the competent authority. The members of this Committee shall not, at any stage, be connected with the tendering process under reference.
