Medical Staff Policies definition

Medical Staff Policies means provisions concerning the practice and professional conduct of the Medical Staff;
Medical Staff Policies means the rules and regulations of the Medical Staff and those policies of the Medical Staff that elaborate upon or explain elements of performance which are required, by applicable law or accreditation standards, to be included in the Bylaws. Medical Staff Policies are approved by the Medical Staff or Medical Executive Committee and the Governing Body in accordance with these Bylaws.
Medical Staff Policies means Policies relating to Medical Staff governance. This does not include clinical practice policies, guidelines, and protocols.

  • Should a conflict exist between the provisions of the Medical Staff Bylaws and the Medical Staff Rules and Regulations or Medical Staff Policies, the Medical Staff Bylaws will prevail.

Medical Staff Policies means rules, regulations and policies which are approved by the Medical Executive Committee and the Governing Body.

  • Medical Staff means all physicians, dentists, oral surgeons, and podiatrists who have been appointed to the Medical Staff by the Board.

  • Medical cannabis means the same as that term is defined in Section 26-61a-102.
