Medicines and Drugs means any medicines or drugs prescribed by a Physician which are specifically required for the treatment of a Disability.

  • The Company will reimburse the Eligible Expenses reasonably incurred by the Insured Person for the hospitalisation, surgery, ambulance and paramedic services, diagnostic tests, consultation by Physicians and Prescribed Medicines and Drugs arising from the Injury sustained or Sickness contracted by the Insured Person during the Study Trip.

  • The package rates will include bed charges in General ward, Nursing and boarding charges, Surgeons, Anesthetists, Medical Practitioner, Consultants fees, Anesthesia, Blood, Oxygen, O.T. Charges, Cost of Surgical Appliances, Medicines and Drugs, Cost of Prosthetic Devices, implants, X-Ray and Diagnostic Tests, food to patient etc.

  • FDA means the United States Food and Drug Administration or any successor entity thereto.

  • Criminal drug statute means a Federal or non-Federal criminal statute involving the manufacture, distribution, dispensing, possession or use of any controlled substance.

  • EMA means the European Medicines Agency or any successor agency thereto.

  • BLA means a Biologics License Application under the United States’ Public Health Services Act and Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetics Act, each as amended, and the regulations promulgated thereunder, or a comparable filing seeking Regulatory Approval in any country.

  • FDCA shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 3.1(hh).
