Member Directors definition

Member Directors means Directors appointed by a Member of this Agreement.
Member Directors means the individuals elected as A Class Directors or B Class Directors under rule 20.1;
Member Directors means the Directors who represent the interests of a Member.

  • No Member will have any rights in or to such activities of any other Member, Directors or any Affiliate of any Member or any profits derived from these activities.

More Definitions of Member Directors

Member Directors has the meaning set forth in Section 10(a)(i).
Member Directors means the Directors who represent the interests of a Member. “OFFICE” means the registered office of the Association as mentioned in Article 4.

Related to Member Directors

  • Member Director means a Director elected or appointed pursuant to section 8(2)(a) of the Act and Section 5.02;
