Campground means that term as defined in section 12501 of the public health code, Act No. 368 of the Public Acts of 1978, being section 333.12501 of the Michigan Compiled Laws, except that campground does not include land or sites operated by this state or the federal government, and does not include a membership campground.
Membership means the definition of that term under section 6 as in effect for the particular fiscal year for which a particular calculation is made.
Membership Rights means all of the rights of a Member in the Company, including a Member’s: (a) Interest; (b) right to inspect the Company’s books and records; (c) right to participate in the management of and vote on matters coming before the Company; and (d) unless this Operating Agreement or the Certificate of Formation provide to the contrary, right to act as an agent of the Company.
Membership service means service as an employee rendered while a contributing member of the
Playground means a public outdoor recreation area for children, usually equipped with swings, slides, and other playground equipment, owned and/or managed by a city, county, state, or federal government.
Taxable value per membership pupil means each of the following divided by the district’s membership:
economic operators means the manufacturer, the authorised representative, the importer and the distributor;
Membership Agreement means the agreement between the Foundation and each Member regarding each such Member’s rights and obligations as a Member.
Affordable Housing Units – means the Affordable Housing to be provided as part of the development in accordance with the application and/or any subsequent reserved matters approval.
