Membership Card definition

Membership Card means a card issued by the Club to indicate membership of a Membership Scheme.

Membership Card means the membership card which identifies the Member and states the Member’s number, names of the Member, type of health plan and expiry date.

Membership Card. - means the membership card given to you. To enter and whilst in the club, you are required to carry this with you in order to access certain facilities and may be asked to produce it by a member of staff while in the club.
