MEMORABILIA LEASE definition
MEMORABILIA LEASE means that certain Memorabilia Lease by and between Hard Rock STP, as lessor, and Licensee, as lessee, whereby Hard Rock STP shall lease “rock and roll” memorabilia to Licensee for display in the Hotel/Casino, in the form attached hereto as EXHIBIT C.

MEMORABILIA LEASE means that certain Memorabilia Lease between the Company and Hard Rock Café International (STP), Inc., dated effective as of July 2, 2007, as made available to Buyer prior to the Measurement Date.
