Examples of Memoranda of Agreement in a sentence
All other written terms and agreements of existing contracts, Memoranda of Agreement or Understanding, etc., neither addressed herein nor inconsistent with the provisions of this memorandum of settlement will remain in full force and effect for the term of this Agreement.
If at any time a controversy should arise regarding the true intent and meaning of any provisions of this Agreement, including Memoranda of Agreement or other Letters of Understanding interpreting the Agreement in regard to the performance of an obligation hereunder, which the parties are unable to resolve by use of the grievance procedure, the matter may be arbitrated upon written request of either party to this Agreement.
Additional Memoranda of Agreement specific to applicable Provincial Appendices shall be referred to in each Appendix.
This Agreement, including each Memoranda of Agreement and the Appendices which are attached or otherwise incorporated by reference, apply to and are binding on the Union, the employees, and the Employer.
All more favourable rates or conditions contained in Memoranda of Agreement, except as they are amended by negotiations, shall be continued in the Collective Agreement.
