Memorandum of Agreement Between. The Banff Centre And The Canadian Union of Public Employees Local 4318 Application: A Health Spending account in the amount of $200 per fiscal year is available for each Salaried employee with a contract of 5 months or greater, upon submission of receipt and medical notes if applicable. Health Spending Account (HSA) is used to reimburse for eligible medical and dental expenses beyond those covered by our Health Care Plan. The account can be used to cover expenses incurred by you and any dependents. Eligible expenses include:

The Banff Centre And the Canadian Union of Public Employees Local 4318 Whereas the Employer and the Union have negotiated for the renewal of the Collective Agreement that had a term of April 1, 2016 to March 31, 2019; And whereas the negotiators for the Employer and the Union have reached agreement on the terms of this Memorandum that they will unanimously recommend for acceptance. Attached to this Memorandum are the amended provisions that become effective on the date that the Collective Agreement is ratified by the Employer and the Union, or April 1, 2019, whichever is later, and remains in effect until March 31, 2022. In addition, the following provisions of the Collective Agreement that had a term of April 1, 2016 to March 31, 2019 shall be amended as indicated below: Effective April 1, 2019 The pay rates for all active Salaried, Hourly-paid, Casuals, and Supplementary employees will not be increased (0%). • The employer will allocate twenty percent (20%) of the Service Charge as gratuities to mutually agreed upon positions, per the memorandum of agreement effective November 1, 2019 retroactive to July 1, 2019. • Stand by pay will increase from $3.00 to $3.50 as per article 20 • Shift differential will increase from $1.00 to $1.50 per hour as per Article 19. • The employer will provide a Health Spending Account of $200 for each salaried employee with a contract of 5 months or greater, as per memorandum of agreement. Under no circumstance will an individual’s hourly rate fall below minimum wage, but pay will continue to be subject to the Maximum/Long Service of the ranges. There are no positions in Salary Range 3 or 4.

Memorandum of Agreement Between. EXPERTECH AND UNIFOR REPRESENTING CLERICAL AND ASSOCIATED EMPLOYEES The parties agree to the establishment of semi–annual Joint Union Management meetings to discuss various issues that are relevant to the parties. Specific regular agenda items to be addressed, among other issues, include the status of grievances, the cross billing of union time, etc. The Company and the Union may each have up to three (3) representatives participating in the Joint Union Management meetings. One of the Union representatives shall be a National Representative. The terms of reference for the Joint Union Management meetings will be developed at the time of the first meeting and will include such things as preparation of agenda, need for minutes, dates and location of meetings, etc. Reasonable expenses of employee representatives necessary for their work for the Joint Union Management meetings shall be paid for by the Company, providing that approval to incur the expense has been provided in advance. BELL CANADA AND COMMUNICATIONS’ ENERGY AND PAPERWORKERS UNION OF CANADA The above parties have agreed to the following provision, which will only be applicable to the Direct Marketing Associates and Team Coordinators – Consumer Markets covered by the Communications Sales Employees’ bargaining unit: • A LUMP SUM PAYMENT WILL BE PAYABLE ACCORDING TO THE FOLLOWING: ⮚ For 2011 only, all current Direct Marketing Associates – Consumer Markets, who were on Company payroll as of the date of the signing of the Collective Agreement and who are in the employ of the Company on July 15, 2011 as a Direct Marketing Associates – Consumer Market, shall receive a lump sum payment of $100.00 at Step 1 and a lump sum of $150.00 at Step 2. This lump sum will be payable on July 22, 2011. ⮚ For 2011 only, all current Team Coordinators – Consumer Markets who were on Company payroll as of the date of the signing of the Collective Agreement and who are in the employ of the Company as a Team Coordinator - Consumer Markets on July 15, 2011 shall receive a lump sum payment of $400.00.
