Memorandum of Coverage means a document issued by the Authority for each Program specifying the coverages and limits provided to the Members participating in the Program.
Memorandum of Coverage means the document or documents issued by PARSAC specifying the type and amount of coverages provided under any Program to the Member Entities by PARSAC.
