Memorandum of License definition

Memorandum of License means a memorandum of the License granted herein suitable for recording in the state in which the Premises is located, substantially in the form attached hereto.

  • If Seller records a Memorandum of License, Seller, at its sole cost and expense, shall record a memorandum of termination of the License at the expiration or termination of this Agreement.

  • Seller may, at its sole cost and expense, record such Memorandum of License with the appropriate land registry or recorder’s office.

Related to Memorandum of License

  • Memorandum of Agreement means the agreement executed by and between FFA and the Institution in which these Conditions have been incorporated by reference;

  • License Agreement means the agreement between SAP (or an SAP SE Affiliate, or an authorized reseller) under which Customer procured the rights to use SAP Software or a Cloud Service.

  • Memorandum of Association means the memorandum of association of the Company, as amended or substituted from time to time;
