Merrill Parties means all and each of Ralph Merrill, Rex Merrill, Vector Fab, Inc., a Utah corporation, Vector Arms Inc., a defunct Utah corporation, RGMF Ltd Partnership, a Utah Corporation, and any other persons or entities with any Claim against the Debtor by or through them, and all or any of their successors, assigns, or affiliates.
