Metering Provider definition

Metering Provider means a person who is engaged by the responsible person where the responsible person is not the relevant metering provider who is registered by, and accredited with, NEMMCO as a metering provider.
Metering Provider has the meaning given to that term in the Rules.
Metering Provider means a person or business that meets the requirements of the National Electricity Rules and is accredited by and registered as such with AEMO.

Examples of Metering Provider in a sentence

  • If you do not agree, then the Metering Provider will not proceed to install the Smart Meter.

  • We may estimate the amount of energy you’ve used if we don’t receive your meter data from a Metering Provider when it’s due, or if we reasonably believe that the meter data we have been provided is inaccurate.

  • Your Metering Provider will have and retain full ownership of the Smart Meter and installation and maintenance of your Smart Meter will be provided by your Metering Provider.
