National Electricity Law definition

National Electricity Law has the meaning given to the term National Electricity (Queensland) Law in the Electricity - National Scheme (Queensland) Act 1997;
National Electricity Law means the National Electricity Law agreed to be enacted by New South Wales, Victoria, South Australia, Queensland and the Territory pursuant to an agreement made on 9 May 1996 being the schedule (as amended from time to time) to the National Electricity Act 1996 (South Australia);
National Electricity Law means the National Electricity Law set out in the schedule to the National Electricity (South Australia) Act 1996 (SA) as it applies in New South Wales.

  • The reference to the NERL in clause 7(c) is a reference to, in the case of electricity, s.120 of the National Electricity Law as set out in the Schedule to the National Electricity (South Australia) Act 1996 or, in the case of gas, to section 232 of the Gas Industry Act or Gas Safety Act 1997.

  • Nothing in this clause 23 varies or excludes the operation of sections 97 or 97A of the Electricity Act or sections 119 or 120 of the National Electricity Law.

National Electricity Law means the National Electricity Law set out in the schedule to the National Electricity (South Australia) Act 1996, including, for the avoidance of doubt, the National Electricity Rules (as that phrase is defined in the National Electricity Law); and

Network means the transmission or distribution network (as applicable) to which the Project is connected at its Connection Point. Non-Financial Default means a failure by LTES Operator to comply in a material respect with an obligation under this agreement (other than a failure which constitutes a Financial Default or a failure to comply with a Social Licence Commitment).
National Electricity Law means the National Electricity Law set out in the Schedule to the National Electricity (South Australia) Act 1995 (SA) as in force in New South Wales from time to time under the National Electricity (New South Wales) Act 1997 (NSW).
