Method of Relocation definition

Method of Relocation means the methods or plans adopted by the Agency pursuant to Sections 33352(f) and 33411 of the Redevelopment Law for the relocation of families, persons and businesses to be temporarily or permanently displaced by actions of the Agency.

  • The Agency shall adopt, after a public hearing, a Plan and Method of Relocation that establishes how the Agency shall assist such persons, business concerns and others displaced from the Project Area by redevelopment activities of or assisted by the Agency in finding new locations in accordance with all applicable relocation statutes and regulations.
