Mezzanine B Borrower definition

Mezzanine B Borrower means individually and/or collectively, as the context may require, each of the Persons listed on Schedule VIII hereto, together with their respective successors and permitted assigns.

Mezzanine B Borrower shall have the meaning ascribed to the term “Borrower” in the Mezzanine B Loan Agreement.

Mezzanine B Borrower means CPLV Mezz 2 LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, together with its successors and permitted assigns.

• Upon such Mezzanine C Contribution, Mezzanine B Borrower will in turn make a contribution in the same amount to Mezzanine A Borrower (the “Mezzanine C Mezz B Contribution”).

• Lender shall have no obligation to Pledgor, Mezzanine B Borrower or any other party to make any such payment or performance.

Mezzanine B Borrower means North Tower Mezzanine II, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company.

Mezzanine B Borrower means, individually and/or collectively (as the context requires), HH Mezz Borrower A-2 LLC and HH Mezz Borrower G-2 LLC, each a Delaware limited liability company.

Mezzanine B Borrower means ILPT Mezz Fixed Borrower LLC, a Delaware limited liability company.

Mezzanine B Borrower means, collectively, ESH Mezzanine B LLC, ESH Canada Mezzanine B LLC, ESH Mezzanine B-2 LLC and ESH Canada Mezzanine B-2 LLC, each a Delaware limited liability company, together with their respective successors and permitted assigns.

Mezzanine B Borrower has the meaning provided in the Recitals hereto.

Mezzanine B Borrower means W2007 Equity Inns Intermediate Mezz I, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company.
