Mezzanine B Borrower definition

Mezzanine B Borrower shall have the meaning ascribed to the term “Borrower” in the Mezzanine B Loan Agreement.

Mezzanine B Borrower means individually and/or collectively, as the context may require, each of the Persons listed on Schedule VIII hereto, together with their respective successors and permitted assigns.

Mezzanine B Borrower means CPLV Mezz 2 LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, together with its successors and permitted assigns.

Examples of Mezzanine B Borrower in a sentence

• Lender shall have no obligation to Pledgor, Mezzanine B Borrower or any other party to make any such payment or performance.

• Pledgor shall cause Mezzanine B Borrower to provide Lender with a copy of any amendment, waiver, supplement, termination or other modification to the Mezzanine B Loan Documents within five (5) days after the execution thereof.

• Upon such Mezzanine D Contribution, Mezzanine C Borrower will in turn make a contribution in the same amount to Mezzanine B Borrower (the “Mezzanine D Mezz C Contribution”).

• Upon such Mezzanine C Contribution, Mezzanine B Borrower will in turn make a contribution in the same amount to Mezzanine A Borrower (the “Mezzanine C Mezz B Contribution”).

• Borrower hereby acknowledges and agrees that (i) such Intercreditor Agreement is intended solely for the benefit of Lender, Mortgage Lender and Mezzanine B Lender and (ii) Borrower, Mortgage Borrower and Mezzanine B Borrower are not intended third-party beneficiaries of any of the provisions therein and shall not be entitled to rely on any of the provisions contained therein.

Mezzanine B Borrower means, individually and/or collectively (as the context requires), HH Mezz Borrower A-2 LLC and HH Mezz Borrower G-2 LLC, each a Delaware limited liability company.
