MG Member or “Micro-Generation Member” means a Member of the Association that is a generator as defined

  • This Agreement may not be terminated after completion of the Closing, except by mutual agreement of the MG Member and Buyer.

  • Any such amounts paid over to the Seller shall be deemed to have been distributed to the Iconix Member and then paid to the MG Member as an Iconix Payment in accordance with Section 3.07 of the Operating Agreement.

  • Equipment rinsate samples will also be collected at a frequency of 10% of groundwater samples.

  • Founding Member means any individual who is either:

The term also includes the appointed and qualified personal representative and the testamentary trustee of a deceased individual owning an ownership interest in a wholesaler.

  • Bona fide member means an individual who participates in activities of a qualified organization
