MGO definition

MGO means magnesia or magnesium oxide.

MGO means the mandatory general offer for AsiaSat described in Recital (C);

• The Contractor shall insure that each subcontractor used complies with MGO 33.07(7).

• The Contractor shall not subcontract any portion of this contract to a Subcontractor who cannot comply with the provisions of MGO 33.07(7).

More Definitions of MGO

MGO shall have the meaning set out in Article 5.3.

MGO means the possible mandatory general offer required to be made for all of the issued and to be issued share capital and share options in AsiaSat in accordance with Rule 26 of the Hong Kong Code on Takeovers and Mergers.
