The Purchaser shall comply with Michelin Australia’s recall strategy and any reasonable directions given by Michelin Australia to the Purchaser to facilitate a Product Recall.

If an amount is outstanding under these Conditions and becomes merged in a judgment or order the Purchaser must pay interest to Michelin Australia on the amount as an independent obligation.
