For the 2014-2015 fiscal year and each subsequent fiscal year, $3,000,000.00 to the Michigan state capitol historic site fund created in section 7 of the Michigan state capitol historic site act, 2013 PA 240, MCL 4.1947.

Appoint an individual to manage the day-to-day operations of the Michigan state capitol historic site.
Maintain and improve the grounds of the Michigan state capitol historic site.
Subject to subsection (2), operate and manage the Michigan state capitol historic site.
Contract with any person for purposes of procuring goods or services or otherwise carrying out the commission's responsibilities with regard to the Michigan state capitol historic site.
