Microsoft Platforms definition

Microsoft Platforms means any current and future Microsoft operating system products, Microsoft run-time technologies (such as the .NET Framework), and Microsoft application platforms (such as Microsoft Office or Microsoft Dynamics) that Microsoft offers.
Microsoft Platforms means any current and future Microsoft Windows* operating system products.
Microsoft Platforms shall have the meaning as set forth in Section 9.2 herein.

Examples of Microsoft Platforms in a sentence

  • This Section outlines the information Hortonworks needs to perform Tier 2 Support or Tier 3 Support for HDP for Microsoft Platforms.

  • At a mutually agreed time, the parties will each issue a mutually agreed upon press release and/or blog statements, that will include an endorsement of HDP for Microsoft Platforms.

  • As between Microsoft and Hortonworks, Microsoft will be responsible to customers for all Tier 1 Support for the HDP for Microsoft Platforms.

  • online platform means a provider of a hosting service which, at the request of a recipient of the service, stores and disseminates to the public information, unless that activity is a minor and purely ancillary feature of another service and, for objective and technical reasons cannot be used without that other service, and the integration of the feature into the other service is not a means to circumvent the applicability of this Regulation.

  • Customer Materials any materials, data, information, software, equipment or other resources owned by or licensed to You and made available to Us pursuant to facilitating Your use of the Services, including Customer Data.

  • Customized Software or “Customization” means any Application Software code modified or amended on behalf of the Customer. Setting of parameters, parameterization or configuration is not a Customization.

  • Electronic device technology means any technology that involves microelectronics, semiconductors, electronic equipment, and instrumentation, radio frequency, microwave, and millimeter electronics; optical and optic-electrical devices; or data and digital communications and imaging devices.

  • Software Updates means the Software releases, service packs, build updates or emergency fixes released from time to time in accordance with the Vocera’s update policy for such Software.
