Mid-term Review definition

Mid-term Review means the Mid-term Review to be carried out pursuant to paragraph 11 of Schedule 4 to this Agreement;
Mid-term Review shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Section II.2 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.
Mid-term Review shall have the meaning set out in Appendix 1, section 4.2. “Receiving Party” shall mean the Party receiving Confidential Information.

More Definitions of Mid-term Review

Mid-term Review shall have the meaning set out in Appendix 1, section 4.2.
Mid-term Review means a review to be undertaken in accordance with the second proviso to Regulation 4.2 (i) and the proviso to Regulation 7.1 of these Regulations;
Mid-term Review means the review referred to in Section II.A.2 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.
