Middletown Facility definition

Middletown Facility means the coke plant located at 3353 Yankee Road, Middletown, Ohio 45044. The Middletown Facility includes one hundred (100) coke ovens, five (5) HRSGs, five (5) Bypass Vent Stacks, one FGD, one Baghouse, one Main Stack, and ancillary equipment.
Middletown Facility has the meaning set forth on Schedule 1.
Middletown Facility means the land and improvements located at Sellers’ former Middletown, Ohio facility.
