Seller and Purchaser each acknowledge that several of the Coke Quality Specifications are dependent upon the coal blend used at the Coke Plant.

It is the intent of the Parties to adjust these size specifications prior to the beginning of the Initial Term based on the capability of the Coke Plant and Purchaser’s requirements reflected above.
