Migration Assistance definition

Migration Assistance has the meaning given in Section 2.5(a).

Migration Assistance means the assistance that the relevant members of the Seller’s Group will agree to provide to the relevant members of the Purchaser’s Group in connection with Migration, in accordance with the Migration Plan and with the Transitional Services Agreement.

Examples of Migration Assistance in a sentence

  • Except where this Agreement is terminated under clause 20.1 or 20.2, the Ministry will reimburse Vodafone for the reasonable costs which Vodafone incurs in providing Migration Assistance requested by the Ministry, including internal labour costs at the labour rates used by Vodafone for self-funded capital projects.
