Millipore Group definition

Millipore Group means Millipore, each subsidiary and Affiliated --------------- Company of Millipore (other than any member of the Mykrolis Group), after giving effect to the Non-US Plan, and each Company that becomes a subsidiary or Affiliated Company of Millipore.
Millipore Group means Millipore, each Subsidiary and Affiliated Company of Millipore (other than any member of the MMI Group) immediately after the Separation Date, after giving effect to the Non-US Plan and each Person that becomes a Subsidiary or Affiliate Company of Millipore after the Separation Date.

  • The members of the Millipore Group shall pay all Tax shown as due on its Separate Returns and all other Taxes for which any member of the Millipore Group is liable.

  • Our Federal funding levels remain less than FY11 ($630,300) and FY12 ($764,500).

  • Service Group means any one or more (as the context may require) of the service groups described in this Schedule;

  • Feature Group D (FGD means the access available to all customers, providing trunk side access to a Party’s End Office Switches with an associated uniform 101XXXX access code for customer’s use in originating and terminating communications.

  • Supplier Group means the Supplier, its Affiliated Companies, its subcontractors and its and their respective employees, officers, directors, representatives, agents and invitees.

  • Feature Group A (FGA means calls either originated by, or delivered to, an End User who has purchased switched access FGA service from the interstate or intrastate tariffs of either Party. FGA also includes, but is not limited to, FGA-like services provided by either Party, where calls are originated from and/or delivered to numbers which are assigned to a Rate Center within one LATA but where the Party receiving the call is physically located in a LATA different than the LATA of the Party originating the call.

  • AMC means Annual Maintenance Contract

  • ITT has the meaning given to it in the recitals to this Framework Agreement;

  • Client Group means Client, any corporate body of which Client is a subsidiary (as defined by s. 1159 of the Companies Act 2006), any other subsidiary of such corporate body and any subsidiary of Client;

  • SAP Group means SAP Parent and any of its Associated Companies.

  • Xxxx Group means collectively Xxxx Capital Fund V, L.P., Xxxx Capital Fund V-B, L.P., BCIP Associates, BCIP Trust Associates, L.P. and Xxxxxxxx Street Partners.

  • SpinCo shall have the meaning set forth in the Preamble.

  • Corporate Group means the Corporation and its Subsidiaries treated as a single consolidated entity.

  • SDS means safety data sheets;

  • Brookfield Group means Brookfield and any Affiliates of Brookfield, other than any member of the BREP Group;

  • Work group means a crew or number of crews which work from a common point of assembly and perform work of a similar nature in a defined seniority block. Where more than one (1) work group works from a common point of assembly the work groups will be defined by the Employer.

  • ECC means the amount calculated by Contractor for the total cost of all elements of the Work based on this Agreement available at the time(s) that the ECC is prepared. The ECC shall be based on current market rates with reasonable allowance for overhead, profit and price escalation and shall include and consider, without limitation, all alternates and contingencies, designed and specified by A/E and the cost of labor and materials necessary for installation of Owner furnished equipment. The ECC shall include all the cost elements included in the AACC, as defined above, and shall represent Contractor’s best current estimate of the Guaranteed Maximum Price it will propose for the Project based on the information then available. The ECC shall not include Contractor’s Pre-Construction Phase Fee, A/E’s Fees, the cost of the land and rights-of-way, or any other costs that are the direct responsibility of Owner.

  • Feature Group A (FGA) means calls either originated by, or delivered to, an End User who has purchased switched access FGA service from the interstate or intrastate tariffs of either Party. FGA also includes, but is not limited to, FGA-like services provided by either Party, where calls are originated from and/or delivered to numbers which are assigned to a Rate Center within one LATA but where the Party receiving the call is physically located in a LATA different than the LATA of the Party originating the call. The intercarrier compensation mechanism as well as additional definitions for FGA are specified in the appropriate Appendix FGA.

  • Alloy means a metal consisting of a mixture of a basic metallic element and one or more metallic, or non-metallic, alloying elements.

  • Critical group means the group of individuals reasonably expected to receive the greatest exposure to residual radioactivity for any applicable set of circumstances.

  • Motorola means Motorola, Inc., a Delaware corporation.
