Mine and Plant definition

Mine and Plant means a mine, whether one or more, shafts, mine workings and access thereto located on the Property and all other facilities constructed or installed on the Property or otherwise, including without limitation, all buildings, plants, structures, facilities for open pit mining, underground mining, machinery, equipment, housing, townsite, power, fuel and water supply, storage, waste disposal, roads and other transportation facilities and all other facilities relating thereto or which may be required for use in connection therewith, provided that where there is more than one Mine and Plant on the Property, the provisions hereof shall apply mutatis mutandis to each Mine and Plant.
Mine and Plant means the existing mining facilities comprising the Kinross Assets and Placer Assets, including the Hoyle Pond Mine and Xxxx Creek Mill and the Dome Mine and Mill, and any mining facilities constructed and equipment and supplies purchased in accordance with a mining Program and Budget and any approved expansion or modification of mining Programs and Budgets.
Mine and Plant means any pits, openings, shafts and/or mine workings on the Properties, all ore extraction, milling, processing and other facilities constructed or installed (or proposed to be constructed and installed, as the context requires) on the Properties and all other property, facilities and infrastructure relating to the Properties.
