The Company does not have any subsidiaries other than Minera Canam, S.A. de C.V. ("Minera Canam"), Operaciones Canam Alpine, S.A. de C.V. ("Operaciones Canam" and together with Minera Canam, the "Mexican Subsidiaries"), and Canam Alpine Ventures Ltd.
