Minimum Annual Deductible definition

Minimum Annual Deductible means the applicable minimum annual deductible for a high deductible health plan under Section 223(c)(2)(A)(i) of the Code. If the Participant and/or the Participant’s Spouse or Dependent has something other than single coverage under the high deductible health plan, then the minimum annual deductible provided under Code Section 223(c)(2)(A)(i) for family coverage applies; if neither the Participant nor the Participant’s Spouse or Dependents has something other than single coverage under the high deductible health plan, then the minimum annual deductible provided under Code Section 223(c)(2)(A)(i) for single coverage applies.
Minimum Annual Deductible means the applicable minimum annual deductible for a high deductible health plan under Section 223(c)(2)(A)(i) of the Internal Revenue Code. This amount typically changes from year to year. If you have either a Spouse or Dependents during the Plan Year, the minimum annual deductible will be the minimum deductible for family coverage. If you have no Spouse or Dependents during the Plan Year, the minimum annual deductible will be the minimum deductible for single coverage. For purposes of determining whether the minimum annual deductible has been satisfied, only expenses that count toward the deductible under high deductible medical plan will be taken into account.

  • Average Annual Compensation For the purposes of this Agreement, “Average Annual Compensation” shall be an amount equal to the annual average of the sums of (x) the Executive’s annual Base Salary from the Company plus (y) the amount of Incentive Awards accrued by TNS for the Executive, in each case for the three calendar years that ended immediately before (or, if applicable, coincident with) the Change in Control Date;

  • Average Annual Bonus means the average of the annual bonuses (if any) from the Company earned by the Executive with respect to the Bonus Fiscal Years during all or any portion of which the Executive was employed by the Company; and, provided, further, that, if the Executive was not employed by the Company during all or any portion of any of the Bonus Fiscal Years, “Average Annual Bonus” means zero.

  • Minimum Threshold means the average daily yield on the 10 Year Treasury Note (as reported in the Bloomberg GT10 index) over the Award Period.

  • Maximum Annual Debt Service means, as of the date of any calculation, the largest Annual Debt Service during the current or any future Bond Year.

In the event of a Participant's Retirement, Disability (if deferrals cease in accordance with Section 8.1), death or a Termination of Employment prior to the end of a Plan Year, such year's Annual Deferral Amount shall be the actual amount withheld prior to such event.

  • Minimum Level (ML means the concentration at which the entire analytical system must give a recognizable signal and an acceptable calibration point. The ML is the concentration in a sample that is equivalent to the concentration of the lowest calibration standard analyzed by a specific analytical procedure, assuming that all the method-specified sample weights, volumes and processing steps have been followed.

  • Minimum Payment means the amount of minimum payment as stated in the Fee Schedule;

  • VWAP Minimum Price Threshold means, with respect to any particular VWAP Purchase Notice, the Sale Price on the VWAP Purchase Date equal to the greater of (i) 80% of the Closing Sale Price on the Business Day immediately preceding the VWAP Purchase Date or (ii) such higher price as set forth by the Company in the VWAP Purchase Notice.

  • Minimum DSCR means, with respect to a Supplemental Loan, (i) if the Senior Indebtedness bears interest at a fixed rate, 1.25:1, or (ii) if the Senior Indebtedness bears interest at a floating rate, 1.10:1.

  • Projected Annual Benefit means the annual retirement benefit (adjusted to an actuarial equivalent straight life annuity if such benefit is expressed in a form other than a straight life annuity or Qualified Joint and Survivor Annuity) to which the Participant would be entitled under the terms of the Plan assuming:

  • Pro-rata Annual Bonus means the amount of Annual Bonus, multiplied by a fraction, the numerator of which is the number of days in such year during which the Executive was actually employed by the Company (or its predecessor) and the denominator of which is 365.

  • Density bonus means a floor area ratio bonus over the otherwise maximum allowable density permitted under the applicable zoning ordinance and land use elements of the general plan of a city, including a charter city, city and county, or county of:

  • Minimum Cash Balance means $10,000,000 minus (i) $500,000, (ii) any amounts to be paid to holders of Allowed Ongoing Trade Claims of New Permian Corp., and (iii) any amounts to be paid to holders of Allowed Cure Amounts pursuant to Section 8.4(ii).

  • Minimum Payments $50 (with respect to all funds in the aggregate.) No payment pursuant to this Schedule is payable to a dealer, bank or other service provider for the first year with respect to sales of $1 million or more, at no load, in cases where A I M Distributors, Inc. has advanced the service fee to the dealer, bank or other service provider.

  • Expenditure minimum means:

  • Minimum Balance means, at any time, an amount that equals the product of: (a) the average Borrowing Base (or, if less on any given day, the Revolving Loan Commitment) during the immediately preceding month multiplied by (b) the Minimum Balance Percentage for such month.

  • Minimum Term means each minimum initial and subsequent period of service for each Service as shown on the Service Agreement and Order Schedule, the initial period to start on the date on which the relevant Service is first made available to you for use.   • Maximum Allowable Payment means the maximum amount, as established by AvMed, which AvMed will pay for any Covered Service rendered by a Non-Participating Provider or supplier of services, medications or supplies, except for Emergency Medical Services and Care as defined herein. The Maximum Allowable Payment may be changed at any time by AvMed without notice to you or your consent.

  • Maximum allowable cost means the maximum amount that a pharmacy benefit manager will reimburse a pharmacy for the cost of a drug.
