Voting Leave. An employee whose hours of work preclude him/her from voting in a town, city, state, or national election shall upon application be granted a voting leave with pay, not to exceed two (2) hours, for the sole purpose of voting in the election.
Voting Leave. 1. Unit employees shall be permitted leave to vote as required by California Elections Code, as amended, if the unit employee cannot otherwise get to the polling place during non-working hours.
Voting Leave. Unit employees, who are New Mexico registered voters, are granted, at their request, time off that does not require the cancellation of classes (2 hours maximum) from University duties to vote in government elections.
Voting Leave. 1. Any person entitled to vote in a general election is entitled to time off from work with pay on any general election day for a period not to exceed three (3) hours in length. Application for time off for voting should be made to the employee’s supervisor prior to election day. The time to be taken off may be designated by the supervisor.

When an Employee’s work schedule is such that they would be unable to vote prior to or after their normally scheduled working hours due to legally mandated polling hours, the Employee shall be granted a reasonable time off duty to vote without loss of pay or accrued leave. This leave is considered administrative leave and shall not be deducted from an Employee’s personal leave account.
Voting Leave. Section 36.1 Any employee eligible to vote in an election may be granted up to two (2) hours leave from work with pay between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. on an election day. Voting leave shall not apply to school board or bond elections.

The Board agrees to allow, whenever possible, an employee who is a registered voter a reasonable amount of time off (not to exceed one hour) with pay, to vote in each local and general election. The location of the employee's precinct and the employee's work schedule shall be considered in scheduling such time off. The employee may be required to show proof of registration prior to being granted voting leave.
Voting Leave. Any Employee who is eligible to vote in any Federal, Provincial or Municipal election or referendum shall have four (4) consecutive clear hours during the hours in which the polls are open in which to cast his or her ballot.
Voting Leave. 14:06(1) The Employer shall allow a Leave of absence without pay, so that an Employee may be a candidate in a Federal, Provincial or Municipal Election, in accordance with the provisions of the applicable legislation.

The Board agrees, upon approval of the principal or supervising administrator, to allow an employee, up to two hours with pay to vote in each local primary and general election provided, however, that the maintenance of classroom instruction shall be given priority consideration in the approval, scheduling, and duration of such voting leave. The location of the employee's precinct and the employee's work schedule shall be considered in scheduling such time off. The employee may be required to show proof of registration, prior to being granted voting leave. When an election day falls on a District Professional Development Day, the employee will be permitted the last hour of the workday off to vote.
