Examples of Minimum Call Spend in a sentence

  • If the Customer has agreed to a Monthly Minimum Call Spend and at the end of any month, the Customer has not incurred the Monthly Minimum Call Spend, or if the Customer terminates the Contract in any way other than pursuant to condition 13, the Customer will be liable to pay to the Company, the difference between the Charges incurred during that month in relation to call spend and the Monthly Minimum Call Spend.
